It’s too true. There are some things I have tricked myself into not being able to do because I am scared and don’t have faith in myself.
This summer I was going to go home, work out with my gym crew, relax, and get fit.
Instead, plans change and now I have to stay at school for half the summer.
I’m freaking terrified of doing this on my own. But this is a challenge and I am going to accept it! I will take it day by day, training for a half marathon and starting crossfit.
I CAN DO THIS!
